Your request must include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (such as damaged items, incorrect prints, or products that differ significantly from the description).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference. In approved cases, you are not required to return the defective item.

If a refund is selected, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.

Please note that refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
