Return Policy
If you receive a product with any issues, please contact us via email within 30 days of delivery. Your request should include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos or videos showing the problem (such as damaged items, poor print quality, or products not matching the description).
After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference. Approved claims do not require returning the defective item.
If a refund is chosen, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.
Please note that refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as the order enters processing.
Once a tracking number has been issued or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
