1. Refund Policy
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email within 30 days from the delivery date. Your request must include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (such as damaged items, incorrect prints, or products that differ significantly from the description).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference. In approved cases, you are not required to return the defective item.
If a refund is selected, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.
Please note that refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Please recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing delays can occur.
- If you have completed all steps above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@vistiro.com.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible as the order enters processing.
Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
